We cordially invite you to visit an innovative residential building of the future with a climate-friendly basement, a basement made of wood, in Thun. There are several dates available for you in 2025.

The client and Timbase Schweiz AG cordially invite interested parties to visit the apartment building in Thun with the first wooden basement in Switzerland. The open days not only offer the opportunity to view this innovative building project at first hand, but also to gain an insight into the technology or to ask the residents about their experiences of quality of life.

Timbase is an innovative total contractor specializing in sustainable basement solutions. With a focus on environmentally friendly materials and innovative construction concepts, Timbase focuses on modern basements in wood and sets new standards for the future of construction.

  • Technical presentation
    An experienced expert from Timbase will explain the benefits and challenges of the property. From ecological aspects to technical innovations, there is a lot to learn.

  • Tour of the timber basement
    Visitors will have the opportunity to explore the wooden basement. Timbase relies on sustainable building materials and innovative construction concepts here.

  • Q&A session and discussion
    After the tour and the technical presentation, the Timbase team will be available for questions and discussions. Visitors will have the opportunity to find out more about the technologies and materials used and the entire construction process.
