Richard Wüthrich nominated for the VWG Award

Every year, the Economic Society awards the best master's theses in the field of economics and business administration at the University of Berne as well as the best three diploma theses of the higher technical colleges of the Canton of Berne related to economics. Richard Wüthrich is nominated for the award with his diploma thesis on basements in timber.
The Economic Society of the Canton of Berne wants to encourage young people in the Canton of Berne to deal with topics relevant to the economy. Therefore, the VWG annually nominates the three best diploma theses of the Höhere Fachschule des Kantons Bern (hfbern). Diploma theses are awarded which have a clear reference to the economy. In principle, this reference can be established by any discipline (e.g. wood, architecture, health, etc.). A maximum of one thesis per school will be awarded.
We are pleased about the nomination of the diploma thesis of Richard Wüthrich.
The main prize winner is asked to give the short presentation already given to the jury again and to accept the award at the VWG event in June in front of around 300 participating business people.
